Step back in time in our modernized, 3-bedroom log cabin situated right on a beautiful sandy beach on the warm waters of the south shore of PEI. The wraparound deck is literally 20 feet from the ocean and the only noise you hear at night are the waves lapping at the shore.

There is no cliff to climb as you can walk right down to the private beach. Enjoy great views of Seacow Head Lighthouse and the Confederation Bridge. With over an acre of land and full grown trees that hide the home from the road your privacy will be ensured. The road was named Sunset Beach for a reason as the nightly show is one you will never forget.

There is a wide expanse of lawn with a volleyball net, horseshoes and fire pit, plus a separate log building which includes a garage, 2nd bathroom and laundry room.

We also own the vacant lot next door which adds to your privacy and gives us over 300 feet of ocean frontage and about an acre and a half of land.

The beautiful red sandy beach is located in a protected bay — perfect for kids —with a low bank for easy access. In July and August the water temperature on the south shore of PEI is the warmest north of Virginia.

We are located in a beautiful rural setting yet the small city of Summerside is only 20 minutes away with all the facilities and amenities you would expect.
